This Beginning of Me
From the outset, LeavesOfGrass.Org has been designed and illustrated
by its curator, with significantly-varying degrees of artistic success. After moving
to Portland in 2004, Mitch dedicated himself to single-handedly producing
a 5-minute animation based upon Walt's 1860 poem, “As Nearing Departure,” with
the same iron determination he brought to cracking “The Whitman Code.” Check here
